As an insatiably curious person, I never could settle on just one project at a time—I’m a translator, writer, graphic designer, and artistic director of an online food magazine. The fact that I can’t sit still also explains why I love traveling so much, which provides me endless inspiration for my food and travel blog, Food Nouveau. At home, when I’m not in the kitchen trying out new dishes, I’m usually out exploring my Quebec City’s ever-growing culinary scene.
